At Wiegand Liners we have a saying that we strongly believe in, “Installation is the Key.”  Installation is the single most important factor determining the longevity and overall performance of your liner.  A poorly installed liner will not release as well, won’t last as long, and can lead to load contamination and carry-back.  At Wiegand Liners we have come up with installation techniques and solutions to stop these problems and give you the best performing liner available.

One of the biggest problems with many other liner installations is that material can get under the liner.  At Wiegand Liners we use bolted coverstrips and a fully sealed nose and doghouse to help combat this problem, as well as our revolutionary Liner Glove.  No other liner installer gives you the benefit of the Liner Glove, which prohibits material from getting under the tail of the liner.  The Liner Glove is an option that almost no repeat customer goes without because of the value it adds to our installation.

Other installation techniques prohibit the liner from moving once it is installed, because some installers ignore the fact that plastic, no matter what conditions it is manufactured to operate in, grows and shrinks with temperature changes.  Wiegand’s installation allows the liner to move freely, preventing bumps from occurring due to expansion.  If bumps do occur in the liner they become increased wear points and can wear through before the rest of your liner.
